About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to retailers and independent workshops, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify educational needs and fill competence gaps at retailers, escalating cases when necessary.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by answering support requests and delivering high-quality diagnostic and repair services.
  • Monitor and analyze repair processes, reporting on gaps and advising on how to fill them.
  • Communicate with retailer staff, helping and coaching them to find the root cause of technical deviations and prevent future support needs.
  • Build relationships with retailers and customers, continually improving the effectiveness of the function.
Requirements
  • Degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience in a vehicle technical support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of current vehicle technology, including basic mechanical and electronic vehicle systems and electric propulsion.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills and good spoken and written English skills.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Strong passion for the technical side of our cars, with a focus on the end-customer and pushing innovation forward.
