Als Customer Support Consultant ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en partners. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van hulp en informatie, het oplossen van problemen en het verbeteren van de klantbeleving.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Klantverzoeken en foutmeldingen monitoren en registreren;
  • Foutmeldingen, indien nodig, intern doorzetten;
  • Klanten en partners adviseren;
  • Pro-actief monitoren van geldautomaten;
  • Analyseren van transacties;
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
