We are currently looking for a dedicated leader to join the Technical Support team and manage a group of skilled Technical Support Coordinators. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a team responsible for resolving complex technical issues for our clients.You will play a key role in driving collaboration across various departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Apply now and take the next step in your careerYour responsibilities will be to:Oversee and guide the daily operations of your team, acting as the first point of contact for escalations and providing hands-on support;Collaborate with multiple internal and external departments, including account management, customer support, service engineering, and service partners, to ensure smooth operations;Manage performance reviews and goal-setting sessions for team members alongside your manager;Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members, helping them to enhance their skills and progress in their roles;Identify and lead improvement initiatives to streamline processes and elevate the efficiency of the technical support function;Contribute to the creation and execution of the department's strategic annual plans;Approve worked hours and maintain the scheduling for your department.In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:5+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical support capacity;Bachelor's degree (HBO) in business administration, management, or a technical field;Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on team development and support;Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and prioritization;Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, combined with the ability to assess and address operational challenges;Fluent in Dutch and English required, additional languages would be considered a plus.The salary for the position will be based on your experience and expertise, and will be between €4750 and €5200 gross per month.
