This international company is providing high-end IT services & solutions to support the Digital Tranformation of their clients. They are provider of mission-critical IT operations and infrastructure services towards Enterprise companies.
To support their furter grow in the Netherlands and more specific in the Retail domain, they are looking for a IT Consult Partner Retail.
Location: The Netherlands
Job description
As an IT Consult Partner, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation, mitigating risks, and achieving operational excellence, all while solving the most critical challenges faced by the customers. You work closely with the sales department.
Technical Environment: Cloud, Networking and Edge, Data & Application, Security & Resilience, to Digital Workplace.
- Build engagement-specific consultant teams, based on skills required to meet SOW requirements and lead consulting engagements.
- As a Partner, you will wield immense influence within the customer and the company teams, forging senior-level relationships and driving value-based outcomes.
- Your role will encompass leading small teams of practitioners across multiple projects, nurturing your leadership skills.
- Demonstrates success in creating, developing and closing pipelines to achieve signing targets of 5-10M annually
- Behaves as a Coach or mentor to fellow team members, as well as carry individual targets.
- Act and become the customers’ trusted technologic advisor.
Required experience
- More then 10 years of professional experience in IT consulting, program and/or project management and/or sales at a senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
- Sound personal brand and presence in the Retail industry
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
- Industry experience in the Retail sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
