HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Hey We are Corporate Housing Factory . Since 2013, we have been one of the largest providers of serviced apartments in the Netherlands and one of the few that exclusively serves corporate customers. We are a prominent player in renting temporary apartments to internationals coming to the Netherlands for a short or extended stay. Our concept offers the modern business traveller a comfortable home combined with the service and luxury of a hotel.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Improving service desk efficiency and customer satisfaction by evaluating and enhancing processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the service desk team for consistent high-quality customer support.
  • Foster transparent and collaborative communication among the service desk team, other in-house teams, management, and outsourced partners.
  • Maintain a 24/7 service community with a positive attitude and ensure team compliance with agreements and KPIs.
  • Manage multiple locations, fostering team spirit and strategic oversight for growth.
  • Drive innovation for internal efficiency, scalability, and external product/service improvements.
  • Efficiently handle projects and challenges, presenting optimal solutions.
  • Can be both a team leader (Operations Department) and a team player (Management) and contributes to cross-departmental matters.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a service desk or customer support environment;
  • You are experienced in housekeeping operations;
  • You have a 'can do' attitude and are comfortable with solving problems;
  • Punctual, reliable, enthusiastic and trustworthy;
  • You are flexible and enjoy being on the go;
  • Proactive problem solver with a knack for efficient project management.
  • Innovative thinker, particularly in the realms of digitalization and process optimization.
  • Open communicator capable of navigating various layers of the organization.
  • Modern leadership approach that empowers and inspires the team.
