Customer Service Coordinator

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our client's on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in IT service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Should be proficient in both English and Dutch language.
Service Delivery Management: Ensure the effective delivery of IT services to meet the client's business needs. This includes managing service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring service performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client's IT and business teams. Act as the primary point of contact for all service delivery-related matters.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to the client's on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
Incident and Problem Management: Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems related to IT services. Change Management: Manage changes to the client's IT environment, ensuring minimal disruption to services. This includes coordinating with the client's IT team and other stakeholders.
Resource Management: Manage the allocation and utilization of resources to ensure the successful delivery of IT services. This includes managing a team of IT professionals and coordinating with third-party vendors.
Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, project status, and other relevant metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service delivery activities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing IT projects from inception to completion.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
