Als Customer Care Representative ben jij de spil in het klantenrelatiebeheer. Je acteert als een vast aanspreekpunt voor de interne en externe klant en streeft naar een optimale klantbeleving in alles wat je doet. Je maakt deel uit van het team dat de Customer Care Desk bezet en rapporteer je aan de Teamlead Customer Care. Gedurende een werkdag sta je in nauw contact met klanten van Otis en jouw collega’s op de branche kantoren in sales en operationele functies.

Een werkdag bij de Customer Care Desk
Gedurende een werkdag zijn dit jouw kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het accuraat verzorgen van de financiële, operationele en juridische contractadministratie met inachtneming van de geldende procedures voor zowel interne als externe klanten.
- Je verstrekt informatie en advies over onze producten, diensten en oplossingen aan onze klanten en ondersteunt de accountmanagers bij het opstellen van offertes.
- Het signaleren en analyseren van trends in de markt en onze sector en dit vertalen naar concrete acties om zo de klanttevredenheid te maximaliseren en de klantervaring te optimaliseren.
- Nauw samenwerken met de Sales & Field organisatie. Je verzamelt klantgegevens, houdt dossiers actueel en assisteert jouw collega’s in Sales met het maken van offertes en in het facturatieproces.
