**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We’ve recently expanded our product offering to the hospitality industry and are searching for an ambitious, results-oriented and target-driven sales team member to grow our partner community in the North American hospitality market.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking in North American Market
- Present a high-level introduction of Plusgrade to potential clients/prospects.
- Qualify leads from Plusgrade’s website enquiries and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Drive and organize meetings between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to your manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) activity and results.
- Stay up-to-date with all new Plusgrade products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
**YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH**:
- Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality market
- 2-5 years proven business development experience selling technology solutions to the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and creative outreach efforts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and networking skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize efficiently
- Technologically savvy, able to quickly understand our solutions, our value proposition, our product and development roadmaps
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to travel as needed
