What's the role?:
We are currently looking for an **experienced channel editor-in-chief and content creator** to **join our Global Employee Advocacy Team based out of the Netherlands.**

In this role, you have the unique opportunity to
- shape the narrative of our organization by leading global content creation.
- act as platform and communications manager with a personal drive for global content creation and data analytics
- develop content in a variety of formats to inform, engage, and inspire 6000+ employees is all about igniting and inspiring our employees about our purpose, core values, strategy, and priorities.

You will also be our master of data, analyzing our digital platform and other channels to find areas for improvement and ensure the best possible engagement with our colleagues across 51 countries.

As part of the team, you will work closely with the broader Corporate Communications team and the wider organization to source, curate, edit, and publish content. Next to that, you work with our Brand Creative team and internal and external resources to manage a pipeline of strategic and engaging content.

In more detail:

- Become the orchestrator of our digital intranet platform, understanding its functionalities and interdependencies while developing new ways for our employees to use it daily for smarter work and collaboration.
- Manage and continuously improve our flagship global newsletter, issued monthly, to provide the ‘one source of truth’ about the most important and latest developments at HERE Technologies.
- Write, edit, and coach our editors and colleagues to produce world-class content across our diverse channel landscape.
- Build and continuously engage a community of intranet champions on the latest data and platform developments, while gaining insights into how the platform could continue to be improved.
- Use data analytics to regularly review, refine, and improve our various channels - including launching new features where possible, increasing our readership and employee engagement with our globally orchestrated content.
- Orchestrate global initiatives such as All Hands events and executive announcements.

Who are you?:

- Is an experienced digital platform owner and administrator with the ability to manage multiple channels and content producers according to an annual calendar.
- Does not shy away and brings experience in managing external agencies, production vendors, and budgets.
- Enjoys making connections with colleagues across functions and geographies, coming up with new and creative ways to engage our audiences.
- Has strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail.
- Brings strong interpersonal skills, and you like working in complex environments and collaborating with colleagues across different functions, time zones, and teams both within and outside the organization.
- Is a go-getter and doer; when you commit, you deliver, even under pressure.
- Is flexible and able to be successful in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
- Has a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Has experience in managing a high volume of projects simultaneously while readily adapting to changes in priorities.
