**What you'll do at Jamf**:
As Small Market Inside Account Executive you are eager to start a career in sales and learn the ins and outs of B2B sales through channel. You have excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize your work. You are naturally curious and love conversing with customers to learn about their needs and priorities, leading to identifying and creating cross
- and upsell opportunities within your existing customer base, as well as high customer retention and satisfaction numbers.
This role is only open to work hybrid from the Amsterdam office a couple of times per week #LI_hybrid
**What you can expect to do in this role**:
- Communicate regularly with a defined list of existing small market customers throughout the year to identify areas of need for business growth and new solutions.
- Communicate our renewal process to our existing customers, ensuring customers are renewing on time and meet targets regarding our customer retention rate.
- Help existing customers realize the full potential of their Apple devices by working with customers to identify additional Jamf solutions that fit their needs.
- Understand customer business needs and schedule technical demonstrations with your System Engineer or relevant channel partner.
- Develop well-rounded understanding of Jamf's sales philosophy, market and customers.
- Know how to position Jamf's solutions against competitor offerings.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as price quotations and purchase orders.
- Understanding of and ability to explain business value of Jamf's solutions to customers.
- Responsible for leading and closing sales opportunities.
**What are we looking for**:
- 1 year of sales experience (required)
- Professional working proficiency in English and German (required).
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills (required)
- Experience in software sales within high-growth technology companies (preferred)
- General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models (preferred).
- General experience navigating and negotiating contracts (preferred).
