We are seeking a highly capable Channel Business Development Manager - Europe to collaborate closely with our Sales Team, driving our expansion in the European market through the cultivation of strategic partnerships and the implementation of sophisticated business development strategies. This role will report directly to Mike Johnson, our SVP of Sales, based in the United States.

- You will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and optimize business growth.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO**
- You'll establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the European market.
- You'll identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- You'll work closely with sales partners to co-sell and expand our footprint.
- You'll achieve assigned targets for signed partners, partner referrals, customer referrals, SQLs, and new ARR.
- You'll monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide reliable intelligence.
- You'll provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs and report progress to stakeholders.

- You demonstrate the ability to accurately record financial information on a timely basis.
- You manage and meet deadlines for accounting responsibilities.
- You process employee reimbursements and vendor payments timely.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Proven Experience: 10+ years in business development or partnership management, particularly with experience in global partner management and early-stage international market expansion.
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the European business landscape, with previous experience in technology or compliance sectors preferred.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional European languages are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed across the region to meet partners and participate in key events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. An MBA is a plus.

**LOCATION**
We are a fully remote company Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we'd rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. Travel as needed across the region to meet partners and participate in key events. Travel to the US and Europe.

**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE**
We value your time and want you to know what to expect from us. For this interview, we expect to ask you to participate in 5 interviews over 2 weeks and expect this to be completed in 5 hours.
