As the Country Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share within [country/region]. You

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the [country/region].
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for strategic differentiation and market advantage.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and customized solutions to address their business requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives to ensure ongoing loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and customer requirements.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to inform product enhancements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the software industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
