About the Role

At Simbase, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our expansion efforts in Be Ne Lux. As Country Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle, leading every stage from initial outreach to close.
  • Generate leads independently through cold calling, networking, research, and territory management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor Simbase solutions to address them effectively.
  • Coordinate with customer service and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales-focused, customer-facing roles with a proven track record of top performance.
  • Sales expertise, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering customer value.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Adaptability and drive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
