Marketplace Account Assistant
**Hours**: 32-40 hours
**Location**: Region Utrecht
MDV, one of the top beauty sales platforms in Europe, is looking for a Marketplace Account Assistant. While assisting in shaping the company on its fast-paced journey and growth you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative beauty brands like Beautyblender, Peter Thomas Roth, Styledry, This Works, Maude, RoC Skincare and Rodial.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Account Assistant to support the management and development of our online marketplace accounts, including but not limited to Amazon and TikTok Shop. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketplace Account Manager to ensure our product listings are optimized, content is engaging, and accounts operate at peak performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to grow their expertise in marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities
**Product Management**:

- Upload new products to marketplaces, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
- Maintain and update product details, including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.

**Content Optimazation**:

- Assist in creating, updating, and enhancing A+ Content on Amazon (and equivalent rich content on other platforms).
- Optimize product listings for SEO, targeting relevant keywords and improving search visibility.

**Price And Stock Management**:

- Setting and managing prices for various Marketplaces
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal availability
- Understanding the procurement and order process, including delivery expectations.
- Gaining insights into order statuses and notifications. o Processing and confirming orders

**Customer Service And Returns**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- FAQ’s
- Monitor customer reviews
- Helping with deas for generating positive reviews

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., sales, impressions, click
- through rates) and provide regular updates to the Account Manager.
- Support in identifying trends or issues and suggesting data-driven solutions.

**Campaign Assistance**:

- Collaborate on promotional campaigns, including discount schedules, vouchers, and seasonal activities.
- Setting up and managing promotional campaigns, such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
- Utilizing A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content to optimize product pages.
- Exploring and analyzing examples of successful content marketing strategies.
- Help manage TikTok Shop promotional strategies, ensuring campaigns align with brand goals.

**Account Administration**:

- Keep marketplace accounts compliant with platform policies and
- guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or logistics teams as needed.

**Competitor and Market Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor research and benchmark products against market leaders.
- Identify opportunities for new product listings or improvements based on customer feedback and trends.

**Requirements**:

- A HBO/WO degree in a relevant fields
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
- Based in The Netherlands
- Affinity with marketplaces and social media
- Entreprenuerial and analytical mindset.
- A good level of Excel skills.
