**Intern, Full-time**

**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-dott**

**Office management**:

- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming mail, employee requests and being the first point of contact for our landlord.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain a clean and stocked kitchen for our employees.
- Work with your manager, the Workplaces Lead, with arrangements in other European offices of TIER-Dott.
- Assist the organisation and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring logistics arrangements are in place. These events can be online and/or offline.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, invoices handling, filing, and document organisation.
- Collaborate with various departments to help cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

**Human Resources (People Operations)**:

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support with People projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support Learning and Development initiatives, including training programs.
- Assist with Employee Engagement Projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Support People Operations administrative tasks.

**YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A bubbly, social personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Currently enrolled for at least another year in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, Hotel school, or other related studies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Business level fluent English both verbally and in writing. Dutch is not required, but would be helpful in the job.
- Experience with GoogleSuite (documents, sheets and slides).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Daily work at the office at van Diemenstraat 292 in Amsterdam.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
