**Wat kan jij verwachten?**:
Als Customer Support medewerker behandel je alle eerstelijns support aanvragen vanuit de helpdesk om voor elke klant tot een passende oplossing voor vragen en problemen te komen. Dat betekent dat je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor de klant bij problemen of hulpverzoeken. Je denkt mee over het helpcentrum en supportmogelijkheden en hoe deze te optimaliseren zijn.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de consultants bij klantvragen en het inrichten van de software voor de klant. Je draagt een steentje bij aan het testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en helpt mee bij diverse lopende projecten.
- Rechtstreeks contact met onze klanten
- Oplossen van vraagstukken in de software op basis van gebruik van de klant
- Analyseren van klantbehoefte en meedenken in de ontwikkeling van de software
- Mogelijkheden tot persoonlijke groei en groeipaden
- Hybride werken, zowel in Noordwijk als thuis behoren tot de mogelijkheden

TAKEN

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Je behandelt in eerste lijn de aanvragen die via het helpcentrum binnenkomen.
- Je schrijft nieuwe artikelen voor in het helpcentrum
- Je denkt mee over het optimaliseren van het helpcentrum en de helpdesk
- Je test nieuwe features op basis van testprotocollen
- Je ondersteunt, in samenspraak met de consultants en projectondersteuners bij meerdere interne en externe projecten (zoals het inrichten van de software voor een klant)
