**DIT KRIJG JE VAN ONS**
- Een salaris passend bij jouw ervaring (tussen de €2.500 en €2.800 bruto p/mnd o.b.v. 40 uur).
- Een baan voor 24 uur per week. Ideaal om te combineren met je privé-activiteiten

DIT NEEM JE MEE
- Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare richting.
- Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 4.
- Beschikbaarheid voor 24 - 32 uur per week.
- Goede mondelinge
- en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
- Een proactieve instelling en het vermogen om goed te schakelen tussen veel verschillende werkzaamheden.
- Je hebt organisatietalent en zit vol goede ideeën.
- Een hart dat sneller gaat kloppen van sport.

**Over de functie**

Als Office Manager ben jij hét gezicht op kantoor en een ware ambassadeur van onze fijne bedrijfscultuur en prettige werksfeer. We groeien hard, maar dankzij jouw inzet gaat dit niet ten koste van de gezelligheid en zorg jij altijd voor blije collega’s. Als organisatietalent weet jij onvergetelijke en sportieve uitjes en feesten te organiseren Je inventariseert ideeën van medewerkers en komt ook zelf met leuke voorstellen die bijdragen aan een fijne cultuur. Ook regel je locaties en lunches voor trainingen, overleggen of events in het Nederlands of Engels.Dankzij jou is het kantoor altijd tiptop in orde, want jij ziet het werk. Je zorgt daarnaast voor voldoende drinken en fruit en organiseert iedere twee weken een gezellige, gezamenlijke lunch voor de collega’s die dan op kantoor zijn. Naast de vaste werkzaamheden ben jij altijd op zoek naar duurzame oplossingen. Bijvoorbeeld bij de inkoop van kantoorartikelen, maar ook voor de manier waarop we omgaan met zaken als afval. Jij bent de aanjager van bewuste collega’s en een prettige werkomgeving.We hebben allemaal comfortabele zit-stabureaus en onze ruimtes zijn gezellig ingericht met sportieve elementen. Aan jou om met vernieuwende initiatieven te komen voor de overlegruimtes en werkplekken in onze groeiende organisatie. Bovendien ben jij het aanspreekpunt van ons wagenpark. In de rol van Office Manager maak je deel uit van het HR-team. Afhankelijk van jouw ideeën, snelheid en proactieve houding zijn er mogelijkheden om je functie verder vorm te geven.
