**Verathon®** is looking for a EMEA Customer Care Specialist to become the newest member of our Customer Care Team located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands to support our Italian market.

The EMEA Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing an amazing customer experience by supporting our customers as a trusted partner.

**Responsibilities**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Support the full lifecycle of a case from initial contact to resolution
- Handle incoming requests from customers
- Ensure that all tasks are performed, and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Respond to customers in accordance with established SLAs
- Provide follow up contacts to customers as needed
- Enter all customer orders in accordance to provided process and SLAs
- Issue return authorizations (RA’s) for repairs and credits under company guidelines
- Maintain logs, records, and files manually and electronically
- Other ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service department strongly preferred
- Italian language with knowledge of professional English is essential
- Work autonomously and as a team with reliable, on-time, and consistent attendance
