**What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?**

You’ll juggle a variety of high-impact tasks, including:

- Being responsible for the brand business plan, global pricing, and gross margin.
- Owning the value proposition and USPs.
- Monitoring sales performance and pricing, and taking initiatives to support/challenge in meeting yearly targets.
- Initiating and approving product promotions (theme/financials) and sellouts, in close cooperation with the regions/countries.
- Providing value proposition briefings and commercial requirements (new and existing/quality).
- Being responsible for the product market launch plan, realizing the business case, and launching within time, budget, and specifications.
- Briefing and approving brand/product launch campaigns.
- Managing brand visual identity.
- Briefing and approving packaging artwork and user manuals.
- Developing product content for communication and training material, including approving content.
- Briefing qualitative and quantitative research for products and translating it into the category strategy.

**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. If this sounds like you, you’ll likely have:

- At least 10+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven successful experience launching new products and brands on a large scale in multiple countries.
- Ability to zoom in and zoom out, managing both detailed tasks and high-level strategy.
- Experience working with high-visibility stakeholders, including board members and executives.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in marketing research, data analysis, and sales performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in using marketing research tools, data analysis, and project management software.
- Proven leadership, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high stakes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Technical or analytical degrees are also welcome.
- Fluent written and verbal **English skills.**

**Additional Language Skills**:

- Dutch is a good to have.
- Any other European languages are a plus.
