**What will you do?
The Global Professional Services Director leads all service sales, planning, execution, and financial priorities for all regional teams. As a software subscription company, Bizzdesign is focused on the ultimate User Experience and shortest Time-to-Value, where you, together with the Professional Services team will drive initiatives to accelerate user adoption and deliver value for our customers with all types of services.
As a strategic leader, you will oversee all the regional SVPs Professional Services, manage the financial performance, and foster a motivated, growth-oriented team. Collaboration and influencing without authority are key to success.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will act as a managing director for all regional and local professional services activities, and you will be a strategic advisor to the CCO and senior stakeholders across departments like Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance.
**Your responsibilities include:
- **Professional Services Leadership**
- Overseeing regional and local Professional Services operations.
- Serving as the main point of contact for all Professional Services topics, including escalations with strategic global customers.
- Leading the team in delivering high-impact Professional Services projects for both customers and the company.Driving services commercial processes: long-term planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, demand forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
- **Strategic Advising & Collaboration**
- Acting as a strategic advisor to the Executive team and peers in CCO on Professional Services initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Sales team, Bizzdesign University, Customer Success, and Global Services to improve the entire customer journey (sales, adoption, value delivery, expansion).Working with Strategy & Finance on quarterly reports and investor relations processes.
- **Business Analytics & Reporting**
- Analyzing and reporting on core business metrics, from budget to realization and KPIs to corporate objectives.
- Performance tracking, with a focus on optimizing external billability and qualityIdentifying and acting on opportunities for process and performance improvement.
- **Leadership & Talent Development**
- Leading a team of senior directors, fostering a culture aligned with Bizzdesign’s core values.
- Supporting individual development and promoting talent retention.Ensuring cross-functional collaboration for strategic alignment, high-quality deliverables, and performance targets.
- **Stakeholder Management & Communication**
- Building trust as a strategic partner to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Providing impartial recommendations and actionable insights.Communicating clearly with leaders and teams across functions to ensure business processes are effectively supported.
**What are we looking for?
- Entrepreneurial mindset, being able to oversee and manage diverse teams with diverse goals across multiple regions.
- PhD, MA/MS, or BS/BA degree with 15+ years of sales and/or services experience.
- Excellent leadership experience with demonstrated experience in changing a consultancy organization towards industry standards regarding planning, efficiency, planning, and billability.
- Thorough understanding of software sales and services practices, including software implementation processes, business consultancy, and technical integration projects.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate large cross-functional initiatives and guide laterally and vertically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities based on changing business needs, as well as the ability to work in a team-based, dispersed, matrix-led organization.
- Thorough organizational, planning, communication, and management skills.
- Creative and thoughtful problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead, guide, resolve conflict, and cultivate consensus among diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
