**The role**
As a Customer Services Representative you provide excellent and consistent communication to both internal and external customers on a day-to-day basis. In this way you create value for our customers and contribute to Belden's strategy.

**This is what excites you every day**
- Taking responsibility for overall order management; timely processing of customer orders as well as customer complaints from domestic and international markets, specifically focusing on Italian customers
- Building effective working relationships with external customers and internal departments (sales, order fulfillment/shipping, disposition/material management, production, credit control),including clarification with customers or the sales organization
- Resolving service questions and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer relations

**Multilingual **- You are fluent in English and Italian. Any additional language is advantageous.

**Education** **- You hold a business degree or have relevant experience

**Teamplayer **- You are a true team player and cultural aware.

**Priorities** **- You can prioritize in a constantly changing environment

**System knowledge** **- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
