**About the Role**:
**Grade Level (for internal use)**: 12

Lead the calc automation team, overseeing the development and implementation of business logic in Python scripts to automate index calculations and related processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives while identifying automation opportunities that meet business needs.
Mentor team members in Python programming, promoting best practices in coding, CI/CD, and EUC governance.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution of automation tasks and the integration of external scripts into the existing I6 platform.
Conduct regular reviews of existing scripts, driving improvements and ensuring compliance with the EUC Policy.
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management, version control, and CI/CD processes to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of automation processes.
**Key Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a financial or data-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of coding standards and best practices.
Experience in developing and optimizing business logic in Python for automation tasks.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of EUC policies and governance frameworks is a plus.
