Bij Picnic creëren we elke functie, campagne of optimalisatie vanuit de behoeften en wensen van onze klant. Als CRM Marketing Specialist werk je in ons Customer Team, het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de marketing, klantproposities en de klantervaring van Picnic. Je werkt nauw samen met onze campagne managers, analisten en creatievelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat al onze campagnes tot in detail zijn uitgewerkt. Samen met de rest van ons Customer Team zijn we verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van de beste ervaring aan onze klanten, waarbij uitstekend uitgevoerde klantcommunicatie een groot en zeer belangrijk deel daarvan uitmaakt.

🎯 Wat je gaat doen
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van communicatiecampagnes via verschillende kanalen (e-mail, push, WhatsApp, in-app, direct mail, etc.) om onze klanten base in Nederland te vergroten.
  • Identificeren, begrijpen en definiëren van doelgroepen om de effectiviteit van de communicatie te verbeteren.
  • Beheren van de dagelijkse productie en planning voor alle klantcommunicatie programma's.
  • Kwalitatief en kwantitatief onderzoek uitvoeren, inclusief klantinterviews en A/B-testen, om de impact te begrijpen.
  • Resultaten van campagnes bijhouden, analyseren en rapporteren.
  • Coördineren van de marketing operatie
  • Samenwerken met een divers team van analisten, copywriters, designers en andere Picnic-teams om de effectiviteit van campagnes te maximaliseren.
  • Kansen spotten en benutten om huidige campagnes te verbeteren en de uitvoering coördineren: van Kerst en Pasen tot onze beroemde statistiekencampagne, activaties, recepten campagnes, productpromoties, direct mail campagnes en nog veel meer
⭐ Over jou
  • Masterdiploma in Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence, Bedrijfskunde, Communicatiewetenschappen of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • 1-2 jaar relevante werkervaring in marketing.
  • Sterke nadruk op nauwkeurigheid en grondigheid in de uitvoering van campagnes.
  • In staat om meerdere projecten te beheren onder druk.
  • Even creatief als analytisch, met een scherp oog voor detail en toewijding aan perfecte uitvoering.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met marketing automatiseringssystemen (bijv. Selligent of Braze) is een pluspunt.
  • Bonuspunten als je comfortabel bent met het werken met grote relationele databases (met behulp van SQL).
