Technical Support Specialist

Als Technical Support Specialist heb je een van de meest impactvolle rollen binnen de organisatie. Je staat in direct contact met de eindgebruiker, waarbij je klanten en partners adviseert, begeleidt en ondersteunt bij het gebruik van ons educatieve platform. Je helpt klanten en partners om het maximale uit het platform te halen en ze tevreden te houden. Daarnaast assisteer je bij het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening, klanttevredenheid en communicatie.
Taken- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners en handelt vragen via e-mail, chat of telefoon snel af;
- Je werkt aan verschillende projecten om de ervaring van gebruikers te verbeteren en de processen te stroomlijnen;
- Je helpt de gebruiker bij het vinden van hun weg op het platform door verbeteringen te vinden en dit toe te passen op de customer journey;
- Je helpt het platform te ontwikkelen door productverbeteringen voor te stellen op basis van feedback van klanten; Je werkt hiervoor samen met het productteam en de Customer Success Managers;
- Je informeert de klant over de status en realisatie van verbeteringen;
- Je denkt mee in het verbeteren van de dienstverlening om de klanttevredenheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
- Je vindt het leuk om gerichte vragen te beantwoorden en hulp te bieden aan klanten;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels;
- Je hebt een flexibele, proactieve en positieve instelling;
- Je werkt gestructureerd;
- Je hebt uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en geeft vertrouwen aan cliënten;
- Je bent een teamspeler die graag meebouwt aan onze afdeling en ons bedrij
