Senior Commercial Analyst

TenneT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team in Arnhem. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and contributing to our strategic ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze commercial costs and risks, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
- Develop and implement new concepts and guide changes to existing commercial procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business processes for new product launches and regulatory changes.
- Participate in and lead implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Contribute to compliance projects, ensuring our business remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Organize internal and external training sessions, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Support our digitalization and BI-driven automation efforts, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business economics, informatics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of regulated electricity markets, market concepts, and electricity trading.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Coding skills are a plus (Python, Java, C, etc.).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex processes and provide recommendations.
