Job Title: Catering Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Manager Assistant to join our team at Albron. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing catering events
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverages
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests
Requirements:
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
