Job Title: Catering Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager Assistant to join our team at Albron. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing catering events and services
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverages
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in catering or food service management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
