Job Title: Catering Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager Assistant to join our team at Albron. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing events and functions
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive experience
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all events are executed smoothly and to the highest standard
  • Assist with the management of the catering budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
