Job Title: Catering Manager Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager Assistant to join our team at Albron. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Catering Manager in the planning and execution of catering events
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
