Job Title: Catering Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager Assistant to join our team at Albron. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing catering events, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure that all events are executed smoothly and to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
