Job Title: Catering Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Manager Assistant to join our team at Albron. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing catering events, including menu planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and serve meals, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support catering events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, promoting our catering services to potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new protocols.
