Sphera is seeking a highly skilled Product Stewardship Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Executing against yearly sales goals and maintaining accurate forecasts
- Qualifying and disqualifying new business opportunities while identifying customer pain points
- Delivering executive-level Sphera point of view dialogue and solution presentations to key customers
- Cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers and other stakeholders
- Developing in-depth understanding of our Product Stewardship software and its value proposition
- Negotiating enterprise software contracts and driving revenue growth across Sphera's Product Stewardship business lines
- Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000
- Experience working with or selling to the chemical industry and discrete and process manufacturing clients
- Strong hunter skills and ability to close large and complex sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to form strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
