About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Caldic as a Total Rewards Specialist, where you will play a key role in designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of compensation and benefits data to inform total rewards strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and total rewards trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark Caldic's total rewards practices against market data, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans, to ensure fairness and equity.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute the global total rewards strategy, driving employee engagement and retention.
- Participate in global total rewards projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and communicate total rewards policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context, with more than 5 years in the field.
