About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at Caldic. As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses of compensation and benefits data to support the design and implementation of total rewards programs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and total rewards trends.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark our total rewards practices against market data.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
- Support the development and execution of the global total rewards strategy.
- Participate in global total rewards projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and insights.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of total rewards programs.
- Assist in the development and communication of total rewards policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context, with more than 5 years in the field.
