Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at Caldic. As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analyses of compensation and benefits data to support the design and implementation of total rewards programs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and total rewards trends.
  • Monitor industry trends and benchmark our total rewards practices against market data.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
  • Support the development and execution of the global total rewards strategy.
  • Participate in global total rewards projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and insights.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of total rewards programs.
  • Assist in the development and communication of total rewards policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context, with more than 5 years in the field.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with HRIS and compensation software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
