We are seeking an experienced Strategy Change Consultant Credit to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our Credits Capability Grid department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and driving success in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support and strengthen our organization by providing strategic consulting services to our clients.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and credit experts to identify business needs and translate them into tactical roadmaps.
- Drive process optimisations throughout the credit lifecycle, removing manual interventions and ensuring business functions are well orchestrated.
- Develop and implement data strategies to improve data management, golden sources, and data lineage throughout value chains.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in strategic consulting, focusing on Financial Institutions.
- MSc level education with specialization in this field.
- Strong personality with excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- People management skills, including inspiring leadership and motivating teams.
- Problem-solving skills, including flexibility and creativity.
- Familiarity with business and IT-architecture, process design, and management.
- Expertise in credit products, processes, regulations, data, and/or IT.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- A benefit budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- A personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to €3,000.
- The possibility to work from home, in consultation with your team and depending on your position.
