We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Sales Advisor to join our team at Le Labo. As a Fragrance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of our unique fragrances with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspiring and authentic customer service in a luxurious environment
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrances and their unique characteristics
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the beauty sector
  • Passion for niche fragrance, art, design, and craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
