About the Role

Hellios Information BV is a leading supplier information and risk management company in the financial services sector. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our operations team, building strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, and validating data with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Provide onboarding support to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Data Validation: Validate online questionnaires with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record Management: Log and update customer records accurately, maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Fee Management: Advise and process fee payments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing our services and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the success of our operations team.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed personal targets, demonstrating exceptional performance.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate customer issues to the Project Manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Data Management: Working knowledge of data management, analysis, and process improvement, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate with a confident telephone manner, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
