Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Provide onboarding support to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Data Validation: Validate online questionnaires with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Record Management: Log and update customer records accurately, maintaining up-to-date information.
- Fee Management: Advise and process fee payments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing our services and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the success of our operations team.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed personal targets, demonstrating exceptional performance.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate customer issues to the Project Manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Data Management: Working knowledge of data management, analysis, and process improvement, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Articulate with a confident telephone manner, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
