Financial Controller for Howden Netherlands

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Howden Netherlands B.V. in Hengelo. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with company goals
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written (Dutch language skills are a plus)
