Position Overview: Intralox is seeking a motivated individual to enhance our globally recognized Customer Service division. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and diligent collaborator with a proven history of providing exceptional service in a multinational business context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist both the language team and clients effectively.
  • After an extensive onboarding process, your duties will include managing orders proficiently and providing support to the team as needed.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a steadfast commitment to delivering top-tier customer service and fostering customer satisfaction.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian is essential.
  • Experience in B2B Customer Service (both internal and external) is required.
  • A strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and quick learning ability are important.
  • You should be self-sufficient while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities are crucial.
