We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Amsterdam or remotely in the Netherlands. This role offers an exceptional market opportunity for Databricks in the Benelux region, reporting directly to our Director of Enterprise Sales.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities within the public sector in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals by assessing your account portfolio.
  • Become a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and establish strong relationships with them.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the public sector in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the impact of your ecosystem.
  • Deliver exceptional value in all engagements to facilitate successful negotiations and closures.

What we look for:

  • A proven track record of overachievement against quota.
  • Experience selling complex software deals to public sector clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • An understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models.
  • Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies and processes, including account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message, and accurate forecasting.
  • Able to build champions and collaborative teams to support the delivery and execution of your territory plan.
  • Ability to develop a clear partner strategy and manage it to success.
  • Familiarity with identifying important use cases and buying centers to increase the impact of Databricks within an organization.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills are essential.

About the role:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
