We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Ambitious Community Builder and Event Strategist to oversee the daily operations of our office in Utrecht and manage all company events.

In 2024, we'll continue to invest in expanding our sales team within the Utrecht Hub to further grow our reach in the Dutch scale-up ecosystem. From this hub, our ML engineers develop innovative AI solutions in collaboration with various scale-up customers.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as an office/event manager or in a related supportive role. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, lunch, and vendor relations;
  • Maintaining a welcoming, fun, healthy, and efficient office environment;
  • Coordinating with the COO for equipment and technology needs of our team;
  • Leading the ongoing development and upkeep of our company culture;
  • Organising internal events, activities, and communications to enhance our culture and team spirit;
Event Management & Marketing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing company events like meetups and workshops to expand our network and community;
  • Coordinating event logistics (venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual setup) and managing event budgets;
  • Promoting events, managing registrations, and supporting our participation in external events;
  • Creating and managing content for social media, newsletters, and the company website;
  • Producing appealing marketing materials (brochures, flyers, promotional items, LinkedIn posts).
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of bringing structure to a chaotic environment. Additionally:

  • You have at least two years of experience as an office/event manager or in a related supportive role;
  • You are eager to take on marketing tasks and develop yourself in this field;
  • You serve as an ambassador for Enjins, ensuring our modern office in Utrecht Centre and all our events reflect the best of who we are;
  • You are secure and detail-oriented, and we can trust your execution;
  • Available for 24-36 hours per week, bringing energy and enthusiasm to our Utrecht office;
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
Benefits

  • A competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience;
