Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex technical issues for customers using expertise and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Perform thorough analysis of customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, best practices, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to communicate technical details effectively.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant industry and role.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, Windows administration, and Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and business applications.
