About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chapter Lead Business Analyst to join our Finance Information Management team at ING. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and driving the delivery of high-quality financial information and data to support ING's reporting obligations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts and coach them on Agile mindset, behavior, and craftmanship
  • Develop and implement best practices for Business Analysts
  • Perform the Planning, Coaching, and Appraisal (PCB) cycle with all chapter members
  • Ensure qualitative alignment between Business Analyst Chapter members and Product Owners
  • Support and structure the growth and career trajectories of Business Analysts
  • Enable squads to make an impact and discuss Business Analyst Chapter progress in skills development and future demand with management
  • Take a role in delivery, orchestrating activities related to data quality, financial accounting project follow-up, and monitoring of data privacy, information management controls, and run activities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven track record at management level in an Agile busdevops environment
  • Experience as Business Analyst and leading projects
  • Good knowledge of banking products and accounting processes
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment and strong analytical skills
  • Education at Bachelor/Master level in (business) economics/Information technology or similar
