About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chapter Lead Business Analyst to join our Finance Information Management team at ING. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for leading a group of Business Analysts and driving the development of our financial information management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in the development of financial information management capabilities
  • Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial information
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis or leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading Agile teams and implementing Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment
