About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chapter Lead Business Analyst to join our Finance Information Management team at ING. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of Business Analysts and driving the development of our financial information management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts and provide guidance on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and implement processes and methodologies to improve the quality and efficiency of our financial information management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Coach and mentor Business Analysts to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that our financial information management capabilities are aligned with ING's overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing Agile methodologies and improving business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment and strong knowledge of financial accounting processes.
  • Education at Bachelor's or Master's level in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology.
