Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development in our focus industries and building relationships with potential scale-up customers and their founders.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for tech scale-ups within our focus industries, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Identify and nurture scale-up leads, turning them into introduction meetings and closing successful high-value contracts.
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
  • Partner with our Founders, CCO, and AI Strategy Leads to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with market credibility-building initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a sales process.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of Data & AI technology.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 and €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
