Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development in our focus industries and building relationships with potential scale-up customers and their founders.
About the Role- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for tech scale-ups within our focus industries, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- Identify and nurture scale-up leads, turning them into introduction meetings and closing successful high-value contracts.
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
- Partner with our Founders, CCO, and AI Strategy Leads to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with market credibility-building initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a sales process.
- Ability to articulate the business value of Data & AI technology.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
The estimated salary for this position is between €80,000 and €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
