We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Eindhoven University of Technology. The successful candidate will contribute to our research efforts in power system analysis, with a focus on the impact of renewable hydrogen production on the Dutch Transmission System.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in power system analysis, with a focus on harmonic emission and grid stability.
- Develop and apply new methodologies for analyzing the dynamic assessment of risk level of grid-following converters.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and develop corrective measures to ensure long-term grid security of supply.
- Contribute to the development of a holistic energy system design based on system integration.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve our research objectives.
Requirements
- PhD in power electronics or a related field.
- Excellent research skills and experience in grid-following converter modeling and large-scale power electronics system analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary context.
- Excellent mastering of the English language.
