We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Digital Inside Sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing a high volume of accounts and growing revenue within these accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture a high volume of accounts and grow revenue within these accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Track, analyze, and communicate data with the sales team from business trends to partner business goals and use these insights to grow and help them succeed;
  • Work with client business segments handling small to medium-sized opportunities and lead qualification steps and various stages of the sales cycle.

What We Offer:

  • A salary between €15 and €16 gross an hour;
  • A performance bonus up to 15% of your salary;

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or lead generation or relevant fields;
  • Language(s) Required: German - minimum level C1 required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling;
  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion;
  • Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud-based technology industry;
  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications.
