Overview
SABIC, a global leader in the chemical industry, is seeking an experienced Polymers Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and share expansion within our assigned customer portfolio.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a techno-commercial role, with at least 3 years' experience in sales or business development. You will be responsible for realizing volume growth targets, meeting revenue targets, and building strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in dealing with multi-national business climate and culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and one other language
- Technical and commercial aptitude required to identify opportunities and position SABIC materials and application solutions
Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including excellent health and well-being benefits, professional development opportunities, and a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
